ESTM demolition breakers

The design of the ESTM HG-series hydraulic breaker is based on durability and simplicity, featuring only three moving parts: the piston, the control valve, and the directional valve. This design minimizes wear and ensures high reliability. The robust housing is made of wear-resistant HARDOX steel, significantly extending the lifespan of the hammer frame. The control valves are integrated into the casing, making the design stronger and providing optimal protection for the components.

The HG-series is equipped with a nitrogen gas accumulator that absorbs the piston’s upward rebound and converts the energy, making each strike more powerful and efficient. Thanks to the dual-speed system, available from the HD15G model onward, users can choose between different impact energy and speed settings, allowing the breaker to be perfectly tailored to the job conditions.

Components like the chisel bushing can be easily replaced due to the smart design, minimizing maintenance time. For maximum durability, the chisel retaining pins are extra-large. These pins are significantly stronger and faster to install or remove than the industry standard, meaning the breaker lasts longer without requiring intensive maintenance. Starting from the HD9G model, the breaker is also suitable for underwater applications due to a standard air connection.

Features

  • Simple Design: the breaker consists of 3 moving parts: the piston, control valve, and pilot valve.
  • Robust Housing: equipped with Hardox steel to reduce wear and extend the life of the breaker frame.
  • Nitrogen Gas Accumulator: absorbs the upward recoil of the piston and recycles the energy to achieve a greater impact.
  • Underwater Application Air line provisions for underwater use are standard from HD9 and up.
