Request a quoteThe piercing tip is bolted on and takes the heaviest point loading when entering plate steel. Damage is therefore confined to a replaceable part rather than requiring welding work on the jaw.
The cutting blades can be turned up to four times before replacement is needed. Each set of blades therefore lasts four times as long, sharply reducing cost per tonne cut.
The shrink-fit system keeps the upper and lower jaw tightly aligned under load. Without play in the jaw, cutting force stays on the blade instead of being lost to deflection.
