Epiroc chisel paste
The Epiroc chisel paste is specially designed for lubricating wear bushings in hydraulic breakers to prevent wear. The chisel paste withstands temperatures ranging from -30°C to 1100°C, making it suitable for use in hydraulic hammers, where ambient temperatures can rise significantly under extreme loads. Unlike standard greases on the market, the lubricating properties of Epiroc chisel paste remain effective regardless of the temperature inside or outside the hammer.
Epiroc Bio chisel paste is the only chisel paste bearing the EU Ecolabel. It is approved by the European Commission and carries the EU Ecolabel DE/027/243, meaning it is suitable for environmentally sensitive demolition sites. The paste is formulated from biodegradable synthetic esters derived from renewable resources. The cartridge is made from at least 80% recycled plastics.
