Zanetti hydraulische magneet
The Zanetti ESA hydraulic magnet is designed for efficiently picking up, separating, and processing ferrous materials at demolition sites and recycling facilities. Because it uses the hydraulic system of the machine, no additional power supply is required. The magnet is available with either a three-leg chain or a flat plate for mounting a head plate/quick coupler, allowing it to be used with excavators, wheel loaders, and cranes.
The magnets are designed for intensive use in demanding conditions. Wear-resistant materials at strategic points ensure a long service life and reliable performance. The magnetic plate is milled from a single solid block to maximize magnetic efficiency. Thanks to rapid demagnetization, materials can be released quickly, maximizing productivity.
The ESA series hydraulic magnets are available in several versions, ensuring a suitable solution for every application. The TH version features teeth on the magnet plate, allowing debris to be raked and sorted. The HEH version is a robust magnet with a mounting plate suitable for various hydraulic quick coupler systems. There is also the HE version, which is attached with a three-leg chain and is particularly suitable for flexible use at recycling sites.
For machines with a lower hydraulic flow, the L version is available. This magnet is specially designed for hydraulic machines with an oil flow of less than 40 liters per minute. The S version is a compact hydraulic magnet suitable for mounting on truck-mounted cranes and smaller machines.
