Request a quoteThe speed valve regulates oil supply during the opening and closing stroke, bringing the jaw onto the material faster. On the DP 1820 that means a closing cycle of 1.8 seconds, which directly increases the number of bites per hour.
The piston rod is fully shielded against falling debris and rebar. This removes the most common cause of unplanned downtime on pulverisers: a damaged cylinder in the middle of a demolition phase.
The cutting blades are reversible and the wear plates are separately mounted. The DP does not have to go back to the workshop for routine maintenance, which takes transport and waiting time out of the service cycle.
