The LaBounty UPX multi processor is designed for excavators and is used for breaking, cutting concrete, and cutting steel structures. The UPX multi processor can be equipped with different interchangeable jaws, allowing various demolition tasks to be performed with a single attachment.
The UPX models are standardly supplied with a crusher jaw and are also available with a concrete jaw (concrete shear) and a pulverizer jaw (pulverizer shear). Due to the easy switching of jaws, the multi processor is also known as a combi-shear.
The double cylinder jaw design of the multi processor allows easier processing and reduces shock loads. The simple quick-change system for the jaws makes it possible to change the jaw within 15 minutes. The UPX multi processor is suitable for excavators with a weight between 25 and 85 tons.
Request a quoteThe quick-change system allows the cracker, concrete and pulveriser jaws to be swapped within a quarter of an hour. The machine stays on the job instead of standing idle for half a day while being reconfigured.
Two cylinders distribute closing force across the jaw and absorb shock loading when biting into heavy material. That extends the service life of the pivot points under intensive, sustained use.
The rotating seal halves the service interval of the hydraulic cylinders. Over the life of the processor that means half as many maintenance events on its most expensive component.
