    Multi Processor VTN CK+

    The VTN CK+ multi processor for excavators is designed for cutting and breaking reinforced concrete structures. The CK+ multi processor consists of a universal body that allows for the mounting of various demolition jaws. Thanks to an innovative semi-automatic system, the jaws can be exchanged in approximately five minutes.

    The multi processor with booster offers 360-degree rotation for precise operation and optimal positioning. The VTN CK+ is suitable for excavators weighing between 19 and 34 tons.

    Features

    • Jaw change in around five minutes

      The semi-automatic changeover system couples the demolition jaw without dismantling the body. Switching between crushing and cutting therefore takes five minutes instead of half a day in the workshop.

    • Five jaw kits on one body

      The primary, pulveriser, combi, swiss and shear jaws all fit the same CK+. One machine covers both primary demolition and the fine processing of the material released.

    • Bolted tooth plate system

      The tooth plates are bolted rather than welded, so replacement takes place on site without welding. That saves a trip to the workshop with every tooth plate change.
