Zanetti hydraulic magnets
The Zanetti ESA hydraulic magnet is designed for efficiently picking up, separating, and processing ferrous materials at demolition sites and recycling facilities. Because it uses the hydraulic system of the machine, no additional power supply is required. The magnet is available with either a three-leg chain or a flat plate for mounting a head plate/quick coupler, allowing it to be used with excavators, wheel loaders, and cranes.
The magnets are designed for intensive use in demanding conditions. Wear-resistant materials at strategic points ensure a long service life and reliable performance. The magnetic plate is milled from a single solid block to maximize magnetic efficiency. Thanks to rapid demagnetization, materials can be released quickly, maximizing productivity.
Features
Five versions for a range of carriers
The ESA series is available as TH, HEH, HE, L and S, from three-point chain to quick-change plate. A suitable magnet therefore fits excavators, wheel loaders and truck-mounted cranes alike.
L version for machines under 40 l/min
The L version is designed for machines with an oil flow below forty litres per minute. Smaller cranes can therefore work magnetically without modifying the hydraulics.
No external power supply required
The magnet is fed from the machine's hydraulic system. No generator set or battery pack is needed, which limits both the number of components on site and the number of failure points.
