A concrete pulverizer processes concrete structures into recyclable material and separates the rebar in the process, without the vibration and noise of a breaker. That makes pulverizers the tool of choice where noise and vibration are not tolerated, such as inner-city demolition.
SAES is the exclusive distributor of VTN and official dealer of Epiroc, supplying fixed and rotating pulverizers for excavators from 4 to 110 tonnes.
A fixed pulverizer has no rotation, making it lighter and simpler to maintain: ideal for secondary demolition, re-crushing concrete already on the ground. A rotating pulverizer turns 360 degrees and positions precisely on walls, floors and columns: indispensable in primary demolition on standing structures. Alternating between both? Rotation pays for itself in cycle time.
The VTN FP pulverizer comes standard with 360-degree rotation and a booster providing extra power for breaking reinforced concrete, covering primary and secondary demolition phases with a single attachment on excavators from 4 to 110 tonnes. The cylinder is fully protected and the bolted tooth plate is replaceable, increasing uptime. The VTN VF series is the fixed line for excavators from 7 to 70 tonnes: a large jaw opening combined with a large crushing surface delivers high productivity on buildings, walls, floors and outer walls, with breaker teeth at varying heights and Hardox-protected housing built for intensive use. See the VTN FP pulverizer and VTN VF series pages for specifications.
Does your project alternate between concrete and steel? The VTN multi processor MT combines pulverizing and cutting in one base frame with interchangeable jaws, saving a second attachment and changeover time on site.
SAES rents pulverizers per project and offers a changing stock of used pulverizers, including VTN models from its own fleet, inspected in-house.
