The Epiroc MG Series demolition sorting Grapple

    7 februari 2024

Meet a well-known powerhouse in our range: the Epiroc MG series sorting grapple.

The MG series stands out with its standard hydraulic drive, allowing the sorting grapple to rotate effortlessly 360 degrees. This unique feature, made possible by the hydraulic rotator, makes this attachment highly suitable for material sorting, waste recycling, and light demolition work. Even tree removal becomes an easy task with this versatile grapple.

    Sustainability in its DNA

The MG series is made from high-quality materials and is designed to deliver long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance. The detachable demolition blades not only make maintenance easy but also extend the grapple’s life. Because the blades are reversible, the wear process is evenly distributed, resulting in maximum productivity and lower costs. Optionally, the demolition blades can be replaced with toothed blades for efficient handling of stones and blocks.

Maximum Efficiency in Sorting and Loading Applications

The sorting grapple excels in material handling thanks to its large jaws, making sorting and loading applications more efficient than ever. The precise jaw closure, combined with the rotary motor, ensures a reliable grip on grasped material. Starting from the MG-1000, dual motors are standard for maximum reliability. For handling finer materials, optional side panels can be added, making the sorting grapple even more versatile. These are easily removable, ideal for various projects.

    Reliability as a Core Value

With a built-in brake to prevent cylinder overload, the sorting grapple’s lifespan is significantly extended. These features, combined with the ability to switch between 360-degree rotation and non-rotation, make this sorting grapple an essential attachment.
