The MSD Legend scrap shear from LaBounty for excavators is designed to cut scrap with 10% more power. The robust MSD Legend shears are versatile for cutting various types of scrap, such as IPE and HEA profiles, demolishing buildings with steel structures, and cutting ships. The hydraulic shear is also used for recycling plates and cables at demolition sites.
The scrap shear features a patented, double reversible nose blade that is 4 times reversible, resulting in less maintenance, more uptime, and maximum production. The MSD Legend scrap shear is available in a rigid version or with the Heavy Duty Rotation Group to optimize performance and provide 360-degree rotation.
The hydraulic shear can be mounted on the boom (main arm) or on the stick (articulating arm) of an excavator. When mounted on the stick, it offers a greater reach than when mounted on the boom. The scrap shear is equipped with the InSight system; thanks to these sensors, it is possible to read data online. The scrap shear is suitable for excavators weighing between 20 and 85 tons.
