The SAES HST vibrating block is of the highest quality and suitable for excavators in the construction and foundation industry. The vibrating block features excellent technology, and thanks to its robust construction, it delivers powerful vibrations that ensure reliable and rapid insertion of piles, sheet piles, and other foundation elements.
The SAES vibrating block generates its power through an eccentric weight that rotates. The vibrating block is equipped with two eccentrics that always rotate in opposite directions, minimizing horizontal movement and keeping the boom stable.
The vibrating block is used for compacting ditches, roads, dams, and dikes. It can be combined with a pile cap or sheet pile clamp for driving piles or sheet piles. Rubber elements in the quick hitch neutralize the vibrations between the vibrating block and the excavator, preventing overloading. The vibrating block is available for excavators weighing between 2 and 46 tons.
